NEWS Turtle Creek Blvd. COMPLETED with Strand Trail Overlook. The drawing below shows the concept for widening Turtle Creek Blvd. from Market Center Blvd. down to Levee St. The segment shown is only the section between Market Center to Irving Blvd. Councilman Ed Oakley, once again, came through for Old Trinity & The Design District.
