Loft Living in the Old Trinity Industrial District

It is now "legal" to live and work... or just live, in your Old Trinity warehouse. The New MU-3 Zoning allows not only new living opportunities, but it also serves as a guide for "renovating" old buildings under the new MU-3 Zoning.

Watch for a copy of the new zoning regulations and building code adjustments on this web site. Everything from "set backs", to landscaping, parking, building materials and even building heights are a part of the new code.

Parking, the age old "deal killer" for Old Trinity is still on the lose. However, the actual parks per sf of space has been expanded to allow for more uses.

If you are in a hurry to get your loft project going. Call me and I'll get you a copy of the Old Trinity & Design District PD.
