SEC. 51P-621.105.      DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

(a) No development plan is required, and the provisions of Section 51A-4.702
regarding submission of or amendments to a development plan, site analysis
plan, conceptual plan, development schedule, and landscape plan do not apply.

(b) Development of the railbeds as woonerf, as described in Exhibit 621F, is
encouraged. The provisions of Exhibit 621F are not required.



SEC. 51P-621.106    MAIN USES PERMITTED.

(a) Subdistrict 1.

(1) Agricultural uses.  None permitted.

(2) Commercial and business service uses.

  -  Mini-warehouse.
  -  Office showroom/ warehouse.
  -  Recycling drop-off container. [SUP required if the
     requirements of Subparagraph (E) of Section 51A-4.213(11.2) are
